• Free initial walk through and valuation of contents of the home

• Discussion of family needs and potential sale dates

• Overview of contract and contract signing

• Sale preparation and execution

• All contents will be priced and sold

• All trash will be removed

• Nothing will be left behind

• Home is broom cleaned at end of sale

• Your check and settlement statement is issued the week following sale!
