Your company was referred to us by multiple realtors and personal friends. You returned our calls quickly and were on time for our meetings. Upon turning over the house to you, you were very calm and organized. Your team showed up on time, polite, professional and were very respectful of our home. Although we did not visit the home during the preparation for the sale or during the sale, friends that went to the sale told us the home was well staged, organized, taken care of and properly staffed. When we met you after the sale it was in excellent condition as we had it. There was no wall damage, carpet stains or yard damage after the sale. From the moment I met Richard and his team I knew my parents house would be in Good hands. Every detail was handled with love. Very professional as to the handling of personal items.
